Professional Experience

I am trained in various therapy treatment modalities. â€‹Using evidence-based practices, I utilize an integrative approach to therapy and tailor services to each client’s individual needs. Together, you and I will create a space for you to safely explore and work through your specific situation. You will be encouraged and supported through your journey and you will feel empowered to retake control of your life.

Through your unique lens, we explore your situation in detail, identify your strengths, and expand your personal awareness and insight. Life's challenges change us, but they do not have to define us. Always remember that behind every life challenge is a lesson for personal growth.

Without change, there is no innovation, creativity, or incentive for improvement. Those who initiate change will have a better opportunity to manage the change that is inevitable.
